Information We Collect

When you sign in with Apple or Discord, LDS Gamers may receive an account identifier and, depending on the provider and choices you make, your display name, username, email address, or avatar. We also store information you submit through the app, including gaming sessions, participation choices, reports, and notification preferences.

If you enable remote notifications, we store an Apple Push Notification service device token used to deliver them.

Diagnostics and Service Providers

Supabase provides authentication, database, and server functions. Discord provides authentication and community communication. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may collect app interactions, device information, diagnostics, and crash data.

Apple, Discord, Supabase, Firebase, and other providers process information under their own terms as needed to provide their services. LDS Gamers shares user data with service providers only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the app. We require service providers that receive user data to provide the same or equivalent protection described in this Privacy Policy and required by applicable privacy rules.

Visibility and Sharing

Your display name, hosted sessions, and session participation may be visible to other LDS Gamers users.
When Discord synchronization is enabled, session details—including the game, host display name, time, platform, player count, session type, status, and any session notes — are posted to the LDS Gamers Discord server.

Do not include private or sensitive information in session details.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Operate and secure the app
  • Authenticate users
  • Coordinate gaming sessions
  • Deliver requested notifications
  • Moderate the community
  • Investigate reports
  • Troubleshoot problems
  • Improve the service

LDS Gamers does not sell personal information.

Retention and Deletion

Information is retained while needed to provide the service and meet security, legal, dispute-resolution, and enforcement obligations. You may delete your LDS Gamers account under Profile → Account → Delete Account.

You may permanently delete your LDS Gamers account from the Account section of the app. Account deletion removes your LDS Gamers profile, hosted sessions, participation in other sessions, submitted reports, notification registration, and app sign-in account.

Limited records may be retained when legally required, to prevent fraud or abuse, to resolve disputes, or in routine backups until those backups expire. Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer identify you may also remain.
Deleting your LDS Gamers account does not delete or change your Discord, Apple, or other third-party accounts.

Your Choices

You can manage notification preferences within the app and notification permissions through iOS Settings.

You can choose what information to include in sessions you create. Session details may be visible to other users and posted to the LDS Gamers Discord server.

You may stop using the service or permanently delete your LDS Gamers account at any time through the app.

Contact and Support

Questions, privacy requests, or account-deletion concerns can be submitted through the LDS Gamers contact page.
